ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
SubBroomAssociation is a project of Oliver Deutschmann & Tomas Svensson. They met 3 years ago in Berlin's nightlife and decided to work together on their vision of dance music. The duo produces their sound at the AudioZoo Studios in Berlin, where they developed their analog sound signature from old vintage synthesizers, drum machines and live instruments. In their productions you can hear influences and inspirations from Jazz, Soul, Funk, Detroit Techno, Chigaco - and New York House, as well as, the modern Techno/House Sound of today. After a few remixes Subbroom Association released the timeless Downhill Rhodes with an Ed Davenport remix on Claqueur Records, and I Won't Stop for Falkplatz, later to be remixed by Mano Le Tough and Dplay on a 12" for the label. Look out for new material coming soon from these Berliner sound designers. |
